Lamb Seasoning

This lamb seasoning, or lamb rub, can be used on all cuts of lamb from lamb chops to rack of lamb.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flaked sea salt
  • 2 Tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons dried rosemary
  • 1 Tablespoon ground sage
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients together using a whisk, then place into a sealed container.
  2. Store in the cupboard for up to 6 months.
  3. Use as spicing on all cuts of lamb.
