Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder sifted
  • ¼ C hot water about 80°C/176°F
  • Ice cubes
  • ½ C oat milk or any milk you like
  • 3-4 tablespoon lavender cream cold foam

Instructions

  1. In a mug, sift in matcha powder and pour in hot water.
  2. Whisk the matcha with a chasan (bamboo whisk) or electric frother.
  3. Add ice cubes to a tall glass.
  4. Pour in the prepared matcha.
  5. Next, pour in oat milk and top with lavender cream cold foam.
  6. Stick in a straw, give it a stir and enjoy immediately.
