Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder sifted
- ¼ C hot water about 80°C/176°F
- Ice cubes
- ½ C oat milk or any milk you like
- 3-4 tablespoon lavender cream cold foam
Instructions
- In a mug, sift in matcha powder and pour in hot water.
- Whisk the matcha with a chasan (bamboo whisk) or electric frother.
- Add ice cubes to a tall glass.
- Pour in the prepared matcha.
- Next, pour in oat milk and top with lavender cream cold foam.
- Stick in a straw, give it a stir and enjoy immediately.
