The blend is infused by simmering honey and lavender, then mixed with lemon juice and cold water, producing a refreshing, mildly floral citrus drink. Served chilled with ice and garnished with lemon slices and fresh lavender blossoms, this beverage offers a delicate balance between floral aromatics and bright acidity, ideal for warm days or gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup lemon juice Meyer lemons are preferred, freshly squeezed
- 4 cups water divided
- 1 cup honey or maple syrup / other sweeteners
- 1 tablespoon lavender dried flowers
- ice

Instructions
- Add 2 cups of water, the honey, and dried lavender to a small pot. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and stir to dissolve the honey.
- Once the honey is dissolved, turn off the heat and let the mixture infuse for 30 minutes.
- While you're waiting for the mixture to infuse, pour the lemon juice into a pitcher.
- Strain the lavender mixture through a fine mesh sieve into the pitcher with the lemon juice.
- Pour 2 cups of cold water (or more if desired) into the pitcher and stir together. Add ice and lemon slices.
- To serve, pour the lavender lemonade into glasses with ice and garnish with fresh lavender blossoms.
