Layered Immunity Boosting Smoothie

Ingredients

pitaya layer
  • 1 3.5 ounce frozen pitaya pack
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
orange layer
  • 2 navel oranges
  • 1 cup frozen coconut meat
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup almond coconut or cow's milk (your milk of choice!)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Bee Pollen optional! do you research on this before trying. we love it.
green layer 
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen coconut meat
  • 1 cup almond coconut or cow's milk (your milk of choice!
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Blend the ingredients together separetely for each layer and pour into glasses. You can obviously blend everything together too, or make a single layer as one smoothie!
  2. Just a note: be sure to research or ask your doctor about using bee pollen before consuming it!
