Creamy ranch dip, MontereyJack cheese, diced tomatoes, spicy green chilies, and more create this Layered Ranch Dip. It's the perfect appetizer for parties, fiestas, and game day celebrations!

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups sour cream
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing/seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1 medium roma tomato diced
  • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies drained
  • 1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced black olives drained
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix sour cream and ranch salad dressing mix; spread into a medium-size shallow dish. Layer with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, tomatoes, green chilies, olives and onion.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
