Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic until well combined.
  2. Season the aioli with salt to taste, and whisk again to incorporate.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the aioli for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
