  • 2 eggs separated
  • 120 gms – ½ cup + 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 60 ml – ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 80 ml – 1/3 cup milk
  • 20 ml – 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest grated
  • 130 gms – 1 cup plain flour
  • 8 gms – 1 ½ tsp baking powder
Glaze
  • 70 gms – ½ cup icing sugar
  • 25 ml – 5 tsp lemon juice
