Lemon-Caper Tuna Dip

Ingredients

  • 100 g tuna canned
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 15 g capers
  • 1/2 lemon
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 20 g jalapeños pickled
  • 20 g onion optional, pickled
  • dill (to garnish; optional)
  • crackers (knackerbrod, crispbread, toast)

Instructions

  1. In a blender add the canned tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and a few capers and process until a smooth paste is obtained.
  2. Spread the mix on the crackers and garnish with jalapeno, pickled onions and capers.
