Lemon-Caper Tuna Dip
Description
Lemon-Caper Tuna Dip combines canned tuna and mayonnaise with the bright acidity of lemon juice and the salty, tangy flavor of capers. The inclusion of pickled jalapeños and onions gives the dip slight spiciness and a tangy crunch, balancing the creaminess. Blending the ingredients into a smooth paste ensures an even spread suitable for crackers, crispbreads, or toast.
The fresh lemon juice brightens the dip’s flavor, and black pepper seasons it to taste. Garnishing with dill adds a pop of color and herbaceous notes that complement the tuna’s richness.
Serve this dip chilled with crisp crackers as a light snack or party appetizer. It pairs well with simple accompaniments due to its balanced savory and piquant profile.
