Lemon Dill Salmon

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 teaspoons Dill dried, 1 tablespoon if using fresh
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2.5 pounds salmon 2-3 pounds will work

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients except the salmon. Whisk well.
  3. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Place the salmon in the dish.
  5. Pour the marinade over the salmon.
  6. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon registers 145ºF.
