Ingredients

  • 2-3 pieces of ice
  • 3 ounces of vodka
  • 2 ounces of lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 ounces of simple syrup
  • Optional garnish: sugar lemon juice and twisted lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Add the ice to an alcohol shaker then pour in the vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup, secure with a lid and shake well.
  2. Dip the rims of your glasses in the lemon juice then in the sugar and let them dry completely.
  3. Strain the martinis into glasses and serve.
