Ingredients

  • 1 cup slaw mix
  • ¼ cup cilantro finely diced
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mayo optional
  • 4 Cooked Perfect Lemon Herb Chicken Tenders
  • 4 leaves Bibb or Butter Lettuce leaves, rinsed and dried

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cook the Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Lemon Herb Tenders for 15 -16 minutes per package instructions
  3. Wash the leaves of butter lettuce and pat dry
  4. In a medium bowl, mix the slaw ingredients together.
  5. Place a chicken tender on each piece of lettuce.
  6. Top with citrus slaw.
