Ingredients
- 1 cup slaw mix
- ¼ cup cilantro finely diced
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon mayo optional
- 4 Cooked Perfect Lemon Herb Chicken Tenders
- 4 leaves Bibb or Butter Lettuce leaves, rinsed and dried

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cook the Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Lemon Herb Tenders for 15 -16 minutes per package instructions
- Wash the leaves of butter lettuce and pat dry
- In a medium bowl, mix the slaw ingredients together.
- Place a chicken tender on each piece of lettuce.
- Top with citrus slaw.
