Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast thinly sliced preferred
- 3 lemons 2 squeezed, 1 for Garnish
- 1/4 cup olive oil or canola oil
- 2/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1-2 teaspoons salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, honey, parsley, red pepper flakes, garlic, and salt. Set aside 1/4 cup of marinade to drizzle over grilled chicken. Place chicken breast is large resealable bag or on baking sheet and slather with remaining marinade.
- Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Place chicken on the grill and cook about 5-6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chicken until it is no longer pink inside.
- Remove the chicken from heat and drizzle on remaining marinade and garnish with sliced lemons and lemon zest, if desired.
