Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • Whipped Cream for decorating

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  2. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  3. Once set, decorate with whipped cream and serve.
