Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ½ Tablespoon lemon zest
- ½ cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
- ½-1 inch knob fresh ginger optional
- 2-3 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
- Handful of ice
