Lemon Tahini Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup tahini paste stirred well
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced finely or pressed
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt more as needed
  • ¼ cup cold water more as needed
