Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing
This easy homemade lemon vinaigrette dressing adds fresh, bright flavor to salads, or grilled meats and vegetables.

- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey (See Note)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper or to taste
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, agave nectar, dried oregano, salt and pepper.
- While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Whisk until combined. Serve or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- The agave nectar can be substituted with honey or maple syrup. If a vegan salad dressing is desired, please note that honey is not considered to be vegan.
