Lemonade Recipe With Mint

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 8 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup mint leaves

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Heat 2 cups water with the 2 cups of sugar to make a simple syrup and bring to room temperature
  2. Squeeze enough lemons to extract 1 cup of lemon juice
  3. Mix the simple syrup, lemon juice, remaining 6 cups of water and 1 teaspoon of salt
  4. Add the mint to this mixture and put in the fridge to chill
  5. Serve with ice
