- 1 lbs Brussels Sprouts, bottoms trimmed and halved
- 1 medium garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 medium lemon, juiced about 2 tbsp lemon juice
