Light Buttermilk Dressing Recipe with Dill

Buttermilk dressing is a great way to add some decadence to a salad without going overboard on calories and fat. This one is flavored with Dijon and dill, and is just 19 calories and 0 Weight Watchers Freestyle SP for 2 tablespoons!

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅔ cup low-fat buttermilk well shaken
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar or honey
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, buttermilk, mustard, lemon juice, agave nectar and salt.
  2. Gently stir in the dill.
  3. Serve, or transfer to a mason jar or resealable container and refrigerate.
