Lightened Up Buffalo Chicken Dip
Lightened Up Buffalo Chicken Dip combines Greek yogurt and reduced-fat cream cheese with buffalo sauce, cooked chicken, and fat-free feta. Baked until hot and bubbly, the dip has a creamy texture with spicy buffalo flavor softened by tangy feta. It’s served warm, perfect for dipping with chips or fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt plain, nonfat, 170g
- 4- oz. cream cheese softened, one-third reduced-fat, 112g

- 3 cups chicken shredded or cubed, I used my LFF Basic Shredded Chicken, cooked, 300g
- 1 cup feta cheese fat-free, 112g
- tortilla chips for serving, etc
- carrots
- celery
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an oven safe dish with cooking spray (I used an 8 inch/11.5 oz ramekin).
- In a medium sized bowl, combine the yogurt, cream cheese and buffalo sauce until combined well. Stir in the chicken and feta cheese.
- Add the chicken mixture to the baking dish and spread out evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, substitute with dairy-free cream cheese and feta alternatives.
- You can prepare this dip in a Crock Pot by combining all ingredients and cooking on high for 1.5 to 2 hours until hot and bubbly.
