Limonana - Mint Lemonade Recipe

The refreshing Israeli Limonana with Lemon and Mint. That should help you cool from inside out in the heat!

Ingredients

For the Beverage:
  • 2 lemon
  • 1 handful mint leaves fresh
  • 2 Tablespoon sugar or Honey, Stevia
  • 3 cups water
To Garnish:
  • mint leaves
  • lemon slices
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add to a blender jar the freshly squeezed lemon juice, the mint leaves, sugar and water and blend the whole content well so that the leaves are completely cut into tiny pieces.
  2. Strain the beverage 2 times with a fine sieve so that no mint pieces are left.
  3. Serve your Limonana with ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
