- 4 Little gem lettuce washed and separated into leaves
- ½ cup mixed fresh herbs (cilantro, parsley, dill, mint)
- 1 jalapeno or green chili slices
- ¼ cup microgreens or sprouts
- 1 scallion sliced
- 2 teaspoon mixed black and white sesame seeds toasted
