Basic salad with ingredients listed for a Medical Medium liver rescue salad. If not eaten on a cleanse you can add mustard. Leave out on a cleanse.

Ingredients
- 4 cups spinach
- ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp homemade mustard
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ cucumber
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ handful parsley
- ½ handful chives
Instructions
- Press the garlic, squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
- Mix or blend with the fresh parsley and chives.
- Stir in the honey and mustard.
- Tear the spinach if you have large spinach leaves. Mix with the dressing.
- Cut the tomato and cucumber and mix.
