Ingredients

  • 1 bag (11 ounces) tortilla chips
  • 4 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Colby jack cheese
  • 15 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 bacon strips (or ⅓ cup pre-cooked bacon), cooked and chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1-2 medium jalapeños, seeded and sliced thinly
For topping:
  • ½ cup Fresh Cravings Salsa, chunky or restaurant style
  • 1 avocado, pitted and sliced
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 TBS milk
  • handful chopped cilantro

Notes

  • Feel free to add or remove ingredients as desired. These breakfast nachos have unlimited options of additional ingredients that would be delicious!
