Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen corn
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter cut into cubes
- 8 ounces cream cheese cut into cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup scallions sliced
Instructions
- Place corn, sugar and salt in a crock pot, stir well to combine everything.
- Pour the milk in the slow cooker. Place butter and cream cheese cubes all over the top of the corn.
- Cover and cook for 3 hours on low.
- Remove the lid and stir the corn until it becomes a creamy mixture. Stir in the pepper.
- Top the corn with the scallions and bacon and serve!
