Loaded Garlic French Fries
Loaded Garlic French Fries provides a crunchy base of oven-baked frozen fries enhanced by finely minced garlic cooked briefly in canola oil to mellow its raw edge. Tossed together with kosher salt and garnished with fresh parsley, these fries deliver a crisp texture paired with a fragrant garlic flavor. The method focuses on infusing the fries with garlic oil just before serving to maintain their crispness and fresh taste. This approach offers a simple way to elevate frozen fries for a flavorful side or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen French fries bagged

- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
