Loaded Garlic French Fries
Description
Loaded Garlic French Fries starts with a bag of frozen fries cooked according to the package instructions to achieve a crispy texture. While the fries cook, garlic is minced very finely and briefly sautéed in canola oil over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds, just enough to soften its sharpness without browning. Once the fries are done and still hot, they are tossed with the garlic oil and kosher salt, allowing the garlic aroma to lightly coat each fry. A garnish of chopped fresh parsley adds a hint of herbal brightness. The recipe is straightforward, relying on the garlic oil infusion to impart flavor without weighing down the fries, making it a quick upgrade to ordinary frozen fries.
The finished fries maintain a crunchy bite with a balanced garlic presence that is not overpowering. Serving the fries while they are hot keeps the texture crisp and the flavors at their peak. The parsley garnish adds a fresh contrast to the warm garlic notes. This recipe fits well as a side dish or a casual snack when you want something flavorful without complicated preparation.
