Ingredients
- Bulgogi:
- 1 lbs ribeye steak very thinly sliced (see note on this in above)
- 1 yellow onion finely chopped, small
- 2 garlic minced, cloves
- 1 tbsp ginger fresh, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil toasted
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Nachos:
- 1 tortilla chips bag
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper chopped
- 1/4 red cabbage finely sliced, small
- Kim-chi Guacamole:
- 2 avocado
- 1/2 cup kimchi
- lime juice from 1
- Gochujang Sour Cream:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1-3 tbsp gochujang depends on how much spiciness you can handle
