Ingredients

  • Bulgogi:
  • 1 lbs ribeye steak very thinly sliced (see note on this in above)
  • 1 yellow onion finely chopped, small
  • 2 garlic minced, cloves
  • 1 tbsp ginger fresh, minced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil toasted
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Nachos:
  • 1 tortilla chips bag
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 red cabbage finely sliced, small
  • Kim-chi Guacamole:
  • 2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup kimchi
  • lime juice from 1
  • Gochujang Sour Cream:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1-3 tbsp gochujang depends on how much spiciness you can handle
