Low ABV Frozen Mojito Recipe
A frozen mojito made with white rum, lime juice, and fresh mint is the most refreshing summer cocktail ever!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces white rum, or 3 tablespoons
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice, or 2 tablespoons
- 10 large fresh mint leaves
- 3 tsp sugar, or honey. You can add more to taste if you want your drink sweeter.
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes*

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the white rum, fresh lime juice, mint leaves, and sugar.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and slushy.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness or acidity if desired by adding more sugar or lime juice.
- Pour (or spoon!) the frozen mojito into a glass.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge, if desired. Serve immediately!
