Low ABV Frozen Mojito Recipe

A frozen mojito made with white rum, lime juice, and fresh mint is the most refreshing summer cocktail ever!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces white rum, or 3 tablespoons
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice, or 2 tablespoons
  • 10 large fresh mint leaves
  • 3 tsp sugar, or honey. You can add more to taste if you want your drink sweeter.
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes*

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the white rum, fresh lime juice, mint leaves, and sugar.
  2. Add the ice cubes to the blender. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and slushy.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness or acidity if desired by adding more sugar or lime juice.
  4. Pour (or spoon!) the frozen mojito into a glass.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge, if desired. Serve immediately!

Notes

  • *If your blender is not very powerful use crushed ice instead of cubes.
