Low Carb Keto Muesli
This Low Carb Keto Muesli combines toasted coconut chips, almonds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds with a touch of cinnamon for a crunchy, nutty breakfast or snack option. Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut chips 70g, toasted
- ½ cup almonds 45g, sliced
- ½ cup hemp seed 70g
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds 40g
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds 35g
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Toast the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and flaked almonds in a dry frying pan over a low heat. Stir regularly until golden brown and the pumpkin seeds begin to pop. Let cool.
- Put all ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine. Then, fill into a mason jar or airtight container and store until ready to use.

- Store the muesli in an airtight container in the cupboard for up to 3 months to preserve freshness.
