Low Carb Keto Muesli

This Low Carb Keto Muesli combines toasted coconut chips, almonds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds with a touch of cinnamon for a crunchy, nutty breakfast or snack option. It provides a satisfying texture from the toasted nuts and seeds, making it suitable for low carb and keto diets. With minimal carbs per ⅓ cup portion, it can be enjoyed with unsweetened almond milk or yogurt, or as a convenient on-the-go snack stored in an airtight container.

Description

Low Carb Keto Muesli features a blend of toasted coconut chips, almonds, hemp, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds, all enhanced with cinnamon for subtle warmth. Toasting the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and almonds until golden and aromatic brings out their flavors and adds a crunchy texture. Mixing these with the dry coconut chips and hemp seeds creates a balanced muesli that is rich in healthy fats and fiber.

The recipe yields multiple portions that are low in net carbs, making it suitable for those managing carbohydrate intake. Serving suggestions include pairing it with unsweetened almond milk or yogurt, or topping it with fresh berries for additional natural sweetness and freshness. The mix stores well in an airtight container for up to three months, maintaining its toasty flavor and crunch.

This muesli can also be portioned into bags for convenient snacking. The simplicity of the preparation, mainly combining toasted nuts and seeds with cinnamon, makes it an accessible choice for home cooks seeking a keto-friendly alternative to traditional cereal.
