Low Carb Sriracha Shrimp
Sriracha Shrimp is one of my favorite low carb recipes. It’s packed with Sriracha flavors and so easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 lb raw shrimp thawed
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Whisk together sriracha sauce, honey, garlic, soy sauce and vinegar in a mixing bowl.
- Add shrimp and half of the marinade into a zip-lock bag to marinate.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil. Once hot, add shrimp in a single layer.
- Add the rest of the sauce. Stir fry 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque (flip half way, about 2 minutes each side).
- Remove shrimp from heat. Garnish with green onions. Serve and enjoy!
