Ingredients
Stir-fry
- 120 gms chicken breast sliced, 4 oz
- ¼ tbsp olive oil garlic infused
- ¼ tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp green onion green parts only, chopped
- 30 gms carrot sliced, 1 oz
- 55 gms red bell pepper sliced, 2 oz
- 30 gms green beans roughly chopped, 1 oz
- 10 gms peanuts roasted, 1/3 oz
Sauce
- 10 gms ginger sliced or grated, 1/3 oz
- 25 gms peanut butter 1 tbsp
- 60 ml chicken stock low fodmap, 1/4 cup
- ½ tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp Chinese five spice
- 1/3 tsp sesame oil
