- 160 gms – ¾ cup + 1 tbsp sugar
- 830 ml – 3 ½ cups water divided
- 250 ml – 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 handful mint leaves chopped
- ice to serve optional
Notes
- You can add a little bit more water if the lemons are too sour.
