  • 160 gms sugar ¾ cup + 1 tbsp
  • 830 ml water divided, 3 ½ cups
  • 250 ml lemon juice freshly squeezed, 1 cup
  • 1 mint chopped, handful of leaves
  • ice optional, to serve

Notes

  • You can add a little bit more water if the lemons are too sour.
