- 160 gms sugar ¾ cup + 1 tbsp
- 830 ml water divided, 3 ½ cups
- 250 ml lemon juice freshly squeezed, 1 cup
- 1 mint chopped, handful of leaves
- ice optional, to serve
Notes
- You can add a little bit more water if the lemons are too sour.
