  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 45 gms puffed rice 2 cups
  • 75 gms Pepitas ½ cup
  • 3 tbsp dried cranberries
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp xanthan gum optional
  • 15 gms dark chocolate melted, ½ oz

Notes

  • Store the bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
