Low FODMAP Strawberry Smoothie

This vegan, gluten-free, low FODMAP strawberry smoothie is made with strawberries and coconut milk that takes no time to prepare. Get a perfect source of energy and protein in this nourishing drink at breakfast to energize yourself for the day.

Ingredients

  • 10 strawberries (130 g)
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 4 almonds
  • 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut
  • ice-cubes

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Blend strawberries, sugar, and coconut milk in a blender into a smoothie.
  2. Pour this smoothie into a glass with ice cubes.
  3. Top up with desiccated coconut and chopped almonds. (½ teaspoon desiccated coconut and 2 almonds per serve)
  4. Serve chilled.
