Ingredients
- 10 strawberries (130 g)
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 4 almonds
- 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut
- ice-cubes
Instructions
- Blend strawberries, sugar, and coconut milk in a blender into a smoothie.
- Pour this smoothie into a glass with ice cubes.
- Top up with desiccated coconut and chopped almonds. (½ teaspoon desiccated coconut and 2 almonds per serve)
- Serve chilled.
