- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 110 gms – 4 oz. cucumber grated and squeezed/drained
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ tbsp garlic infused olive oil
- 2 tbsp mint chopped
- ½ tbsp Dill chopped
