Ingredients

  • 6 bagel
  • 2/3 cup cream cheese or plain, herb and chive flavor
  • 10 oz smoked salmon or lox slices
  • 3 Tablespoons capers
  • onion thinly sliced, red, small chunk
  • 1/3 cup dill chopped, fresh
  • cucumber thinly sliced, optional toppings
  • tomato
  • avocado

Instructions

  1. Cut open bagels and spread each half generously with cream cheese.
  2. Add thin slices of smoked salmon on top. Top with a few slices of red onion, capers and a sprinkle of fresh dill. You could also make it into a lox bagel sandwich.
