Lucky Charms Treats - Like Rice Krispie Treats but made with Lucky Charms cereal. Colorful marshmallows make these easy treats magically delicious!

Ingredients
- 6 Tablespoons salted butter
- 1 bag mini marshmallows, divided 16oz
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 7 cups Lucky Charms cereal
Instructions
- Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add in all but one cup of the mini marshmallows. Reduce heat to low and stir continuously until marshmallows are completely melted.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract. Add in the cereal and the remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows, folding gently.
- Pour into prepared baking dish. Use your fingers (dipped in water) to gently press the treats into the pan. Allow to set one hour.

Notes
- Use my homemade vanilla extract for best results!
- How Many Marshmalows? One 16 oz bag of mini marshmallows is approximately 9 cups.
- Use fresh ingredients. If you use stale marshmallows and stale cereal, the result will be stale treats.
- STORAGE: Store lucky charms cereal treats in an airtight container at room temperature.
- Do not press these bars TOO firmly in pan.
