Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 talk celery , finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sweet relish
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimento peppers
  • 1 pound elbow macaroni , cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and mix until pasta is well coated.
  2. Refrigerate at least an hour, and preferably overnight.
