Magic Sheet Pan Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  1. Heat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a 13x18-inch baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and lightly grease it with nonstick cooking spray for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons salt , 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Toss well to coat the chicken evenly.
  3. Take the seasoned chicken thighs and place them in a single layer on the lined baking sheet. Drizzle any remaining oil and seasoning from the bowl over the top of the chicken.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken thighs over. Continue baking for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 175°F (80°C) when checked with a meat thermometer.
  5. Serve with your favorite side and enjoy!
