Ingredients

  • 360 g sugar
  • 50 g instant coffee
  • 200 ml boiling water
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend coffee, sugar, and boiling water until fluffy. 7-10 min
  2. Add cocoa powder and cinnamon, mix gently by hand, then use the mixer. 1min
  3. Scrape down the sides to fluff it up again.
  4. Store in the freezer in an airtight container (don't overfill).
  5. When ready to enjoy, scoop the desired amount of cappuccino and mix with hot milk of your choice.
  6. Enjoy your Brazilian Cappuccino anytime!
