Ingredients
- 360 g sugar
- 50 g instant coffee
- 200 ml boiling water
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Blend coffee, sugar, and boiling water until fluffy. 7-10 min
- Add cocoa powder and cinnamon, mix gently by hand, then use the mixer. 1min
- Scrape down the sides to fluff it up again.
- Store in the freezer in an airtight container (don't overfill).
- When ready to enjoy, scoop the desired amount of cappuccino and mix with hot milk of your choice.
