Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • 2 cups cooked diced chicken breast
  • 4 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  • 6 lices thin sliced ham
  • 6 pineapple rings one can
  • 6 lices Provolone cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the bottom half the dinner rolls into a 13x9 pan.
  2. Evenly place chicken over the rolls.
  3. Pour Teriyaki sauce over the chicken, making a point to not get it on the edges of the rolls if possible.
  4. Layer the ham, then pineapple, then provolone, and optional bell pepper. Then place roll top on top.
Make it Now
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cover with foil. Then bake, covered, for 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
Make it a Freezer Meal
  1. Cover baking dish with plastic wrap, pressing down to remove as much air as possible. Then cover with aluminum foil, label and freeze for up to 3 months.
Thaw & Bake
  1. I get the best results by thawing completely first before baking. Thaw, remove plastic wrap, cover with foil and bake as directed above for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve warm.   (If you want to bake from frozen, remove plastic, recover with foil and bake for 45-55 minutes until heated through. Serve.
