Make-Ahead Smoothie Freezer Packs
Prep your breakfasts and snacks for the week with these easy and DELISH freezer pack smoothie recipes!! They'll make your mornings and your life so much EASIER!!
Ingredients
Smoothie Freezer Pack Guidelines
- 1 to 1 ½ cups frozen berries or frozen fruit
- banana frozen if possible, half of 1
- fresh greens spinach, kale, etc, big handful, optional
- nut butter almond butter, peanut butter, etc, big dollop, optional
- milk or as needed for consistency, about 1/2 cup, Silk brand
Blueberry Green Smoothie
- 1 cup blueberries frozen
- banana frozen if possible, half of 1
- fresh greens spinach, kale, etc, big handful
- nut butter almond butter, peanut butter, etc, big dollop
- almond milk about 1/2 cup, Silk unsweetened vanilla
Tropical Temptation Smoothie
- ¾ cup pineapple frozen
- ¾ cup Mango frozen
- banana frozen if possible, half of 1
- almond milk or as needed for consistency, about 1/2 cup, Silk unsweetened vanilla
Instructions
- To make-ahead, add the desired ingredients to separate ziptop bags (sandwich size is what I use), seal, and freeze.
- When you’re ready to consume, add the contents of one ziptop bag to the canister of a blender. Blend on high power until smooth. Add additional Silk Milk if necessary to achieve a smooth consistency. Serve immediately.
Notes
- *Feel free to add a scoop of your favorite protein powder, if desired.

Calculate with an online tool for greater accuracy. Logically though, it would be hard that a banana, frozen fruit, and a bit of milk of your choice would have more than 200 calories.
